Welcome to my Kitchen!

As often as possible you will find new recipes, that I have found on the internet, from others and some that are family favorites. Most are easy and use common ingredients found in most kitchens. Not all pictures are taken by me, but I do add my own pictures as soon as I can after I have made the recipe and remember to take the picture. Roll out sugar cookies

Mix:

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbls. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanila
1 cup shortening

Add and mix well:

3 to 4 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Roll out on floured surface and cut shapes with cookie cutters of your choice. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 375ยบ for 8 to 10 minutes. It takes 11 minutes on my air bake pans.
I like to sprinkle with colored sugar before baking or after baking, frost and decorate.
