Welcome to my Kitchen!

As often as possible you will find new recipes, that I have found on the internet, from others and some that are family favorites. Most are easy and use common ingredients found in most kitchens. Not all pictures are taken by me, but I do add my own pictures as soon as I can after I have made the recipe and remember to take the picture. Strawberry Sorbet

1 1/2 pounds fresh strawberries cleaned and hulled
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar (depending on the sweetness of berries)
pinch of salt
1/2 cup half and half



Puree in blender until smooth. Pour into ice cream freezer  until slushy. Pour into freezer container and place in freeze until firm.
Enjoy.

  1. looks fricking amazing...i had blue bell ice cream ....its like a texas made ice cream thats really good and is only down here
